Bonaregio is operated by Attila Rózsavölgyi as a private individual (sole operator, not a registered company), reachable at hello@bonaregio.eu. These terms are governed by Hungarian law.

Bonaregio is an early-access product. The service, its features, and the official data sources it draws on may still change. We'll do our best to give notice of any material change to these terms, and we may ask you to re-accept them.

1. About the service

Bonaregio is a property listing platform combined with region intelligence — safety, cost of living, climate, energy security, healthcare, education and housing-trend data drawn from official European sources, shown alongside every listing. Browsing listings and region data, creating an account, and posting listings are all currently free of charge. Bonaregio does not process any payments and is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register. One account per person; agencies should register under the agency's own details, not a personal alias.

3. Listing a property

If you list a property on Bonaregio, you confirm that you are authorized to offer it — either as the owner or as an agency acting on the owner's behalf — that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you will keep the listing's status (available, under offer, etc.) reasonably up to date. Exact street addresses are never published on listings — only the approximate location (city/region) is shown publicly, by design.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the listing descriptions and photos you upload. By posting them, you grant Bonaregio a license to display and reproduce them on the platform for as long as the listing is active. You confirm you have the right to use and share the photos and text you upload, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights.

If you bulk-import listings and reference photos by URL instead of uploading them directly, we display those images by linking to the URL you provided — we don't download, store, or verify them ourselves. You're responsible for keeping those links valid and for holding the rights to whatever they point to, exactly as with directly uploaded photos.

5. Contacting sellers

When you send an inquiry about a listing, your name, email address, message, and any phone number you provide are shared with that listing's owner so they can identify who's asking and respond to you directly. Bonaregio's only role is to connect you with the listing's owner — any viewing, negotiation, agreement, or transaction that follows happens directly between you and them, entirely at your own responsibility. 6. Region and country data

The safety, cost-of-living, climate, energy, healthcare, education and other regional scores shown on Bonaregio are compiled from public official statistics (such as Eurostat, ENTSO-E and national statistical offices) and, where noted, community input. They're provided for general informational purposes to help you compare regions, not as financial, legal, investment, or relocation advice, and we can't guarantee they're complete, current, or error-free. These figures — including the property transfer tax estimate and the official county safety statistic shown on each listing — are generated automatically by Bonaregio from the sources above; the lister cannot edit, hide, or opt out of them.

7. Language and translations

Bonaregio's interface is offered in multiple languages. Some translations — particularly of dynamic, non-editorial content — may be produced automatically using AI rather than by a human translator. We try to keep them accurate, but errors are possible; the English version is authoritative if a translation seems wrong or conflicts with it, and you're welcome to flag mistakes at hello@bonaregio.eu. This doesn't apply to the region-score figures or a seller's own personal-perspective text, which are never AI-generated — see "Region and country data" above.

8. Acceptable use

You may not post false, misleading, or illegal listings; impersonate another person or business; scrape or automatically harvest data from the site; or otherwise interfere with its normal operation. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this. Anyone can report a listing they believe is fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise breaches these terms using the "Report this listing" link on the listing page; we review reports and, where warranted, contact the lister or deactivate the listing.

9. Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account and listings at any time by contacting hello@bonaregio.eu. We may suspend or remove an account or listing that breaches these terms.

10. Disclaimer and liability

Bonaregio's role is limited to connecting buyers/renters and sellers/agencies — we are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, any transaction, agreement, viewing, payment, or dispute that follows between users. We don't verify listings, vet users, or mediate deals; everything that happens after an inquiry is entirely between the parties involved, at their own risk. Bonaregio is also provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability, during this early-access phase. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from transactions you enter into with other users. Because Bonaregio is currently provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us to use the service, which is €0.

11. Force majeure

We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party infrastructure we rely on (such as our hosting provider, email provider, or geocoding service), natural disasters, government or regulatory action, or internet service outages.

12. If we discontinue Bonaregio

If we ever decide to shut Bonaregio down entirely, we'll try to give at least 30 days' notice by email and on the site, so you have time to request a copy of your data (by contacting hello@bonaregio.eu) before it's deleted. There's currently no self-service download button for this — we fulfill these requests manually.

13. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll give at least 15 days' notice — by email or a notice on this page — before it takes effect, update the version date above, and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the new version again.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
